**What You'll Own**

_Unit Turns & Make-Readies_

-   Work through the make-ready checklist from top to bottom, completing all repairs and improvements before every move-in
-   Inspect and repair sheetrock, caulk and seal windows and bathroom fixtures, and perform touch-up paint as directed
-   Clear out vacant units before the make-ready process begins and complete all documentation accurately and on time

_Property Upkeep_

-   Keep grounds, common areas, and amenities clean and presentable throughout the day
-   Pressure wash, perform general cleaning, and assist with curb and signage upkeep as needed

## Requirements

-   Prior maintenance or trades experience is a plus but not required, we'll teach the right person
-   A strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail
-   Weekend availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule
-   Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance, and work indoors and outdoors
-   A valid driver's license
-   A genuine pride in doing the job well every single time
