Our mission is to increase the lifespan of dogs and cats. **What you'll do:** - Track stock levels and sourcing needs, raise purchase orders and buy consumables via the kanban process, coordinate with suppliers/Lineage/carriers on deliveries, receive and inspect shipments, and maintain accurate inventory and procurement records. - Own daily CHEP reconciliation, de-hire, and tracking (roughly 2–3 hours/day), resolve discrepancies, and liaise with internal teams, carriers, and CHEP contacts. - Run day-to-day office operations (supplies, stationery, visitor/reception duties, travel bookings), support the Facilities Manager on site projects, and coordinate communication between office, warehouse, and manufacturing teams. - Maintain the SOP library, support GMP/HACCP/food safety compliance and traceability, and keep procurement, CHEP, and inventory records accurate and current. - Follow site safety procedures, report hazards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, CHEP, and office processes. - Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Manufacturing, CAPEX, Operations) on procurement initiatives and cost-reduction efforts, and uphold Lyka's values in daily work. ## Requirements - 2+ years in a procurement, purchasing, supply chain or inventory support role, ideally in FMCG, food manufacturing, or warehousing - Hands-on experience raising and reconciling purchase orders and resolving invoice discrepancies with suppliers and AP - Strong systems literacy - experience with an ERP or P2P platform (Zudello, NetSuite, SAP, Coupa or similar) and confident in Excel / Google Sheets - Comfortable with high-volume, detail-heavy daily administration and able to keep records accurate under time pressure - Confident communicator who can chase suppliers, carriers and internal teams to get things resolved - Exposure to pallet or returnable asset management (CHEP, Loscam) and to GMP / HACCP / food safety environments is highly regarded - Site-based, hands-on mindset - happy to move between the office, warehouse and manufacturing floor ## Benefits - Work in a fast-growing start-up, experiencing what goes behind the scenes to sustain hyper-growth for a start-up with a physical product! - Growth and Development - Lyka is growing extremely quickly, which means you will have the opportunity to experience different challenges every day and progressively acquire more responsibilities as our facility and team expands.
