**Position Overview:**  
We are currently looking for a **Human Resources (HR) Manager** to enhance our HR functions and drive initiatives that promote a thriving workplace culture. This role will involve developing strategies for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to align our team’s goals with corporate objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligning with the overall business strategy.
-   Manage the recruitment process, talent acquisition, and onboarding of new employees.
-   Oversee performance management systems, ensuring regular evaluations and feedback.
-   Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
-   **Supervise end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and timely disbursement.**
-   Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
-   Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
-   Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
-   Maintain HR metrics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
-   In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
-   **Hands-on experience in payroll management, including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) and payroll software.**
-   Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to think strategically while executing effectively.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on employee development.
