**Job Description:**

We are seeking highly motivated **International Call Center Executives** with proven experience in **US outbound sales** to join our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to handle objections while delivering a customer-centric experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Make outbound sales calls to US customers as per assigned campaigns
-   Understand customer needs and effectively pitch products/services
-   Handle customer objections confidently and close sales opportunities
-   Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction
-   Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
-   Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in CRM systems
-   Follow company policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures
-   Collaborate with team members to improve overall campaign performance
-   Stay calm and composed while handling pressure and high call volumes

**Eligibility Criteria:**

-   Minimum **Undergraduate or Graduate** qualification
-   **2+ years of experience in an International Call Center** (US market preferred)
-   Mandatory **outbound sales experience**
-   Must have worked in an **international calling environment**
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**
-   Strong sales acumen with a go-getter attitude
