## Description

_We are a London-based fintech company with a mindful approach to financial services. Operating under a FCA-approved Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license, MADFIN delivers card acquiring tailored for fast-moving, high-growth businesses. We are looking for experienced Key Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team._

Key Responsibilities:

-   Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients.
-   Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
-   Support pricing discussions, transaction volume forecasting, and contract negotiations.
-   Conduct documentation pre-checks and coordinate with compliance teams.
-   Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
-   Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services and attract new clients.
-   Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.

## Requirements

-   2–3+ years of experience in the payments/fintech industry.
-   Solid background in card acquiring (mandatory).
-   Proven track record in client management, partnerships, or business development.
-   Strong understanding of payment processes, merchant needs, and industry regulations.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-   Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
