## Description

The role involves transforming the ideas, objectives, and products of Maharah and its subsidiaries into clear, engaging messages for target customers, helping attract more customers and build connections with them. This includes creating diverse visual content, developing designs for websites and applications, and ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Work on design projects from initial concept to final delivery, including graphic design, color and font selection, and arrangement of visual elements.
-   Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with defined objectives and messages.
-   Develop engaging and innovative visual content that supports company objectives and strengthens marketing and communication messages. This includes creating design elements that meet the needs of all target languages and support the brand vision.
-   Update and manage websites, video libraries, and image collections by developing designs and creating diverse visual materials.
-   Prepare and design advertising materials to promote products and services through digital and traditional channels.
-   Submit designs for review by the direct manager, gather feedback, make the required revisions, and complete changes within the specified timeframe and in line with project requirements.
-   Organize and manage digital design files and assets, ensure their accessibility and integrity, and maintain backups of all design materials to prevent loss.
-   Support all internal departments in preparing designs, campaigns, and graphics.
-   Follow the latest trends in design and technology and apply them to projects to deliver innovative and contemporary designs.
-   Analyze competitors’ designs and use these insights to improve the company’s designs.
-   Prepare a monthly report on completed administrative tasks and submit it to the direct manager.
-   Maintain complete confidentiality regarding work and related information.
-   Perform any other assigned duties related to the nature of the role.

## Requirements

Qualifications:

-   Required: Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
-   Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.

Experience:

-   Required: 0–2 years of experience in design.
-   Preferred: Design experience in the human resources sector.
-   A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and effective visual communication.

Languages:

-   Required: Proficiency in English.
-   Preferred: Working knowledge of Arabic.
