## Description

**Position Overview**

Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a motivated **Business Development Specialist (B2B)** to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s HR solutions and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client databases.
-   Conduct client meetings and field visits to understand business needs and present suitable solutions.
-   Prepare and present technical and financial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
-   Follow up on proposals, contracts, renewals, and payment collections.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.

## Requirements
