## Description

**Job Summary:**  
Our company is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Specialist (Part-Time) to support the health and safety of employees by implementing occupational health programs and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The role focuses on promoting workplace wellness and preventing occupational hazards on a part-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations for employees.
-   Assess medical fitness for duty and issue related reports.
-   Diagnose and follow up occupational injuries and work-related illnesses.
-   Review employees’ medical history and evaluate chronic conditions in relation to job duties.
-   Participate in workplace risk assessments with HSE teams.
-   Deliver health awareness sessions and occupational health education.
-   Prepare medical reports and maintain accurate records.
-   Follow up on work-related injuries and return-to-work cases.
-   Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
-   Participate in emergency response and incident management.
-   Maintain strict confidentiality of medical information.

## Requirements

-   Valid SCFHS classification as an Occupational Health Specialist.
-   Previous experience in Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine.
-   Strong communication and medical reporting skills.
-   Proficiency in medical systems and Microsoft Office.
