**Decision Support Specialist**

**Job Description:**  
Responsible for analyzing data, preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and providing insights to support management in making informed business decisions. Collaborates with stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic planning.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
-   Experience in data analysis, reporting, and decision support roles.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (Power BI is preferred).
-   Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
