**Role Summary:**

Marketing Specialist (Indonesia). Shape the future of AI and search as a business leader. You’ll own the GTM strategy, using data-driven insights and A/B testing to drive user utility. Requires 3+ years’ experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.  

Role: 

-   Lead GTM & Execution: Spearhead Go-to-Market strategies and the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are optimised for maximum impact and efficiency.
-   Strategic Planning: Develop an insight-led consumer marketing plan for the Indonesian market, identifying key growth opportunities and challenges for AI-driven search and assistant products.
-   User Intelligence: Support essential research into user behaviour, the competitive landscape, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and product positioning.
-   Hyper-Local Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape, with a focus on local AI product usage and competitive intelligence.
-   Data-Driven Optimisation: Apply marketing analytics, statistical analysis, and A/B testing/experimentation to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
-   Analytical Insights: Use data (and SQL where applicable) to analyse large datasets, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners.
-   Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with product, communications, regional, and in-country teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution across all initiatives.
-   Creative Problem Solving: Develop non-traditional solutions for complex, undefined problems in a rapidly evolving technology space.

You:

-   BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
-   3+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or communications, with a proven track record in digital and performance marketing.
-   Demonstrated ability to analyse large datasets and derive actionable insights; experience with A/B testing and experimentation is key.
-   Solid project management skills with the ability to lead projects independently from inception to completion.
-   Familiarity with marketing analytics tools; proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is a significant advantage for data-driven decision-making.
-   Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop creative solutions for undefined problems within a complex matrix environment.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven tech environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

-   Exceptional verbal and written English, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with the local market.
