## Description

**Role summary:**

As a Media Manager at Maker Lab, you will lead APAC-wide media campaigns by collaborating with diverse teams and agencies. Role:

-   Strategic Media Programming: Develop and roll out regional media programmes and plans for APAC markets that can be seamlessly handed over to local agency partners.
-   Programme and Budget Leadership: Act as the regional media lead to optimise expenditure, establish cost controls, and drive cross-market synergies and learnings.
-   End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the full planning lifecycle, including brief creation, creative alignment, and providing consolidated feedback to agencies on execution plans.
-   Agency Management: Directly manage preferred media agencies, overseeing their outputs, ensuring accountability, and co-creating campaign reports with clear optimisation roadmaps.
-   Hyperlocal Execution: Lead project management, localisation, and experimentation initiatives across APAC, ensuring local market success aligns with global brand objectives.

You: 

-   Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, with 8 years managing multi-million client accounts (ideally tech sector) within a fast-paced agency or consultancy.
-   Media Planning Expertise: Mature media planning capability with a proven track record across media strategy, tactical planning, and programme management.
-   Platform Proficiency: Sound understanding and hands-on experience running cross-channel paid media campaigns across major platforms (YouTube, Meta, X, TikTok, Search, etc.).
-   Agency Management: Direct experience maxnaging media agencies, holding them accountable to deliverables, and aligning them with brand standards.
-   Multi-Project Coordination: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, complex budgets, and diverse communications effectively in a dynamic environment.
-   Creative Collaboration: History of working alongside creative agencies or in-house design teams to optimise asset and ad performance.
-   Communication and Influence: Strong leadership and influencing skills to navigate matrix stakeholders. Exceptional verbal and written English is required.
