**Department:** Marketing/PR/Partnerships

## Description

Grounded in a talent-centric mindset, Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralised technology-led agency teams, rooted in collaboration with clients from the ground up. Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.

**Job Summary:**

We’re looking for a SEA Field Marketing Specialist to bring account-based marketing and integrated campaigns to life across Indonesia and Thailand. You’ll partner with sales and marketing to engage strategic accounts, drive demand and pipeline, and support impactful AI and regional initiatives.

**Role:**

- Own and execute account-based marketing programmes across Indonesia and Thailand, bringing together digital campaigns, workshops, executive engagements, partner activations and targeted events.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and regional teams to turn account and industry insights into targeted campaigns that build engagement, demand and pipeline.
- Bring global campaigns to life locally by adapting paid media, content and campaign assets for the local market.
- Build and manage content partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with external partners to support priority accounts and in-market opportunities.
- Take programmes from brief to delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, agencies and vendors through to post-campaign analysis and ROI reporting.
- Use data from tools such as Salesforce and Marketo to understand account engagement, spot opportunities, and make smarter marketing decisions.
- Partner with Brand, Social, PR, Customer References and Government Relations teams to bring local stories, customer proof points and executive voices to the forefront.
- Turn industry trends and account insights into relevant messaging, content and talk tracks for target audiences and buying groups.
- Lead Thai localisation across internal teams and external vendors, making sure content feels natural, accurate and culturally relevant.
- Track and communicate programme performance across engagement, meetings, opportunities and pipeline, turning results into clear next steps.
- Support wider SEA initiatives, including AI-focused campaigns and regional flagship moments, jumping in where needed to make big programmes happen.
- Bring a hands-on, proactive mindset to a fast-moving environment — spotting gaps, solving problems and keeping things moving even when priorities shift.

**You:**

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, field marketing, demand generation or a related discipline.
- Proven experience developing and executing ABM programmes, ideally across enterprise technology audiences and strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise technology buying journey, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business and pipeline outcomes.
- Experience working across Thailand and/or Indonesia, with broader SEA market knowledge highly valued.
- Strong project management skills, including experience coordinating agencies, vendors, events and cross-market stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using CRM, marketing automation and campaign reporting tools to measure performance and derive insights.
- Comfortable communicating complex technology and technical concepts in a clear and compelling way for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience with ICP development, buying groups, account planning, executive programmes and partner co-marketing is a strong plus.
- A naturally curious, self-starting and solutions-oriented approach, with the confidence to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous situation.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, with strong Thai language proficiency and the ability to manage and support localisation for the Thailand market.
