## Description

**Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC** is currently accepting applications for a full-time **Leasing Consultant** in Hernando and Southaven, Mississippi. While the position services two separate apartment communities, each community is assigned specific days, and the leasing consultant will visit only one location each work day. Please note that this position requires Saturday hours.  

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**  

-   Leasing
-   Promote positive image of the apartment community
-   Resident relations and retention
-   Administration and other duties as needed

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent
-   Two years of leasing experience or customer service preferred
-   Strong verbal and written communication skills
-   Have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance
-   Ability to read, write and speak English
-   Must pass credit check, background check and drug screening
