## Description

**Education, Experience, and Skills/Abilities:**

-   Relevant I.T. (entry level) experience preferably in the manufacturing field
-   Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
-   Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
-   Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
-   Willingness to learn new systems (Training opportunities are available)
-   Willing to provide good communication with all users
-   Able to work in a team environment
-   Continuous Improvement mindset a plus
-   Able to lift 50 lbs

## Requirements

**Duties/Responsibilities:**  

-   Set up and maintain workstations and other relevant devices and equipment
-   Maintain connectivity and security of local networks
-   Provide orientation and guidance to users on systems
-   Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
-   Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
-   Other relevant duties as assigned
