**We are looking for a highly qualified Immigration Court Paralegal to work hand-in-hand with our legal team and Attorney Auguy in a dynamic and challenging environment.**

## Requirements

**COMPETENCIES & SKILLS**

-   **Technical Knowledge:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law with a robust focus on immigration court cases. (Motions, Removal, AOS, Notions to appear)
-   **Bilingual:** B2-C1 proficiency in English.
-   **Legal Skills:** Excellent legal research skills, technical document drafting, and meticulous file organization.
-   **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication, deep empathy toward the immigrant community, excellent time management, and strict professional ethics and confidentiality.
-   **Mindset:** High attention to detail, adaptability to changing legislation, and a strong teamwork orientation.
