## Description

-   Oversee daily business operations and departmental workflows
-   Coordinate, supervise, and delegate tasks to department heads and staff
-   Monitor operational performance and ensure company targets and objectives are achieved
-   Suggest Improvements on our systems, processes, controls, and operational efficiency across all departments
-   Assist management in planning, strategy development, and business decision-making
-   Ensure the timely completion of projects, deliveries, customer requirements, and internal objectives
-   Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for improvements, updates, and business growth initiatives
-   Maintain effective communication and coordination among all departments
-   Evaluate employee and departmental performance, identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
-   Develop and implement action plans to increase productivity, accountability, and operational efficiency
-   Conduct regular operational reviews and recommend process improvements, staffing adjustments, training programs, and performance development initiatives
-   Establish, monitor, and enforce departmental KPIs and company standards

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Management
-   Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Management, Retail Operations
-   Strong leadership, organizational, delegation, and people-management skills
-   Proven experience in retail operations and customer service management
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
-   Strong personality with the confidence to identify issues, enforce accountability, and recommend corrective actions
-   Ability to identify operational gaps and provide effective solutions
-   Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office
