**Job Overview:**

This post is responsible for guiding a high-level Round the Table Discussion (RTD) among government regulators and industry partners. The goal is to ensure a balanced dialogue, extract actionable insights, and reach a consensus on specific organizational objectives.

**Company Profile:**

The company is a subsidiary of a non-profit organization committed to promoting nutrition security.

It was established in 1977 to develop and manufacture food supplements supporting national feeding programs. The organization primarily supplies its products to government agencies and non-government organizations (NGOs). Its policies and strategic direction are aligned with its parent non-profit entity, while maintaining a separate Board of Directors.

Today, the company offers a range of nutrition products for school-aged children, pre-school children, and more recently, specially formulated products for infants, as well as pregnant and lactating mothers. Since its establishment, it has supported the nutrition of hundreds of thousands of children nationwide.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

**1\. RTD Oversight**

Ensure that the Round Table Discussion (RTD) for the Client is conducted consistently and productively.

**2\. Strategic Alignment & Coordination**

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

-   Actively coordinate the design, planning, and execution phases with the General Manager and Sales Heads to ensure the RTD aligns with organizational goals and market-specific sales strategies.

**Objective Setting**

-   Collaborate with leadership to define the core objectives of each session, ensuring they address the current needs of the medical community and the Client's business development goals.

**3\. Session Design & Preparation**

-   Collaborate with the General Manager to establish the core objectives of each Round Table Discussion.
-   Review participant profiles to tailor the discussion flow according to the expertise and perspectives of attendees.
-   Develop a structured Discussion Guide with open-ended questions designed to encourage critical thinking and meaningful dialogue.

**4\. Discussion Management (Live Session)**

**Neutral Facilitation**

-   Guide discussions objectively without imposing personal bias, ensuring all participants have an equal opportunity to contribute.

**Conflict Resolution**

-   Diplomatically manage differing viewpoints among stakeholders (e.g., balancing regulatory requirements with operational constraints).

**Time Management**

-   Ensure the agenda remains on track while allowing sufficient discussion on critical bottlenecks and key issues.

**5\. Synthesis & Reporting**

-   Summarize key takeaways in real time to confirm alignment before the session concludes.
-   Prepare a Post-RTD Executive Summary highlighting:

1.  Major points of agreement and disagreement
2.  Identified risks and opportunities
3.  Recommended next steps

**6\. Policy and Process Recommendations**

-   If the RTD identifies bottlenecks within the Client's operations (e.g., bidding delays, warehouse responsiveness issues, or delivery delays), the output should include:

**Proposed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**

-   Recommended enhancements or revisions to existing workflows.

**Compliance Checklists**

-   New requirements, controls, or action items for teams to implement based on the discussion outcomes.

**RTD Facilitator's Key Deliverables**

**Participation Rate:** Achieve 100% attendance from key decision-makers.

**Resolution Rate:** Ensure that at least 70% of agenda items result in a defined next step by the end of the session.

**Documentation Turnaround:** Circulate the summary report within 48–72 hours after the discussion while insights remain fresh and actionable.

## Requirements

-   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Policy, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related Life Sciences field or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications, provided there is extensive professional experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.

**Specialized Experience:**

-   Medical Moderation & Engagement: Proven experience in moderating Round Table Discussions (RTDs) or medical symposia specifically for medical practitioners and healthcare specialists.
-   Minimum of 3–5 years of RTD Facilitation experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
-   Clinical Literacy: Strong familiarity with medical terminology and clinical data, with the ability to confidently facilitate technical dialogues and respond to inquiries from Health Care Providers including doctors in real-time.
-   Sales & Business Development: Has medical background with Sales experience and business development.
-   Negotiation & Influence: Strong aptitude for high-level negotiation and business development, particularly in securing buy-in for medical products or clinical protocols.
-   Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex technical/medical information into actionable business insights for a diverse audience of medical professionals.
-   Must be willing to travel across Metro Manila and the entire Luzon region as required by the role.

**Skills:**

-   Expert-level documentation and attention to detail (critical for reporting and presentation).
-   Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills within the private and public sector.
-   Exceptional active listening, emotional intelligence, and the ability to simplify complex information.
-   Strong analytical mind with a focus on ROI and market trends.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Filipino).
-   Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and professional approach to work.

**Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in Google workspace and CRM software.

**Personal Attributes:** A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision; highly organized and results-oriented.

**NOTE:** An existing network of contacts within relevant private and government agencies is a significant advantage.
