**Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing sales team in Metro Manila. This field-based, business-to-business sales role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

The successful candidate will be skilled at building strong client relationships, balancing relationship management with results-driven performance, and meeting the demands of field sales.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

**Account Coverage**

1.  Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction
2.  Account Mapping: identify and build relationships with key decision makers and influencers in each account
3.  Support field visits and attend customer meetings alongside NSM when required
4.  Provide regular reports and account updates to NSM
5.  Be a point of contact for clients in assigned accounts or prospects, handling queries, concerns, and ensuring responsiveness until closing
6.  Develop and grow new accounts within the assigned territory through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
7.  Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
8.  Build and continuously expand the sales pipeline by converting qualified prospects into active customer accounts.
9.  Present products and solutions to stakeholders at different organizational levels, including end users, technical teams, finance representatives, and C-level executives.

**Competitor and Market Intelligence**

1.  Monitor competitor activity in the account (products, pricing, resellers, promo, etc)
2.  Gather feedback from clients on competitor offerings and report to NSM

**Demo / Presentation Coordination**

1.  Schedule demos / presentations with prospects / clients; coordinate logistics (venue, materials, personnel, etc.).
2.  Help prepare demo materials and collaterals in coordination with pre-sales.
3.  Ensure follow-up after demos: feedback, proposal documents, etc.
4.  Deliver a minimum of two (2) product demonstrations per week to qualified prospects.
5.  Prepare, revise, and submit proposals and quotations within required turnaround times.
6.  Coordinate joint customer presentations and technical discussions with the Solutions Team when required.

**Field Sales Activities**

1.  Conduct a minimum of two (2) face-to-face client calls per day within the assigned territory, primarily Metro Manila.
2.  Perform daily field work following office check-in and scheduled client visits.
3.  Cover assigned Metro Manila accounts with occasional support for nearby areas as business requirements dictate.

**Sales Administration & Reporting**

1.  Submit updated weekly schedules and sales pipeline reports every Monday.
2.  Maintain accurate attendance, customer meeting records, field visit documentation, and sales activities using GoCanvas.
3.  Participate in daily morning huddles, sales alignment meetings, and other required team meetings.
4.  Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support daily sales activities, reporting, and documentation.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**

1.  Work closely with the Solutions Team, Service Team, and Customer Support Team to ensure seamless customer engagement and project execution.
2.  Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support client requirements and project implementation.

**Key Performance Indicators**

1.  Conduct a minimum of 2 face-to-face client calls per day.
2.  Deliver a minimum of 2 product demonstrations per week.
3.  Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
4.  Generate and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts.
5.  Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit required weekly reports.
6.  Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring continuous account growth.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Management / IT/ Similar Course
-   Minimum of two (2) years of proven B2B sales support or client servicing experience.
-   Demonstrated experience in end-to-end sales, including prospecting, lead generation, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
-   Experience in IT, software, hardware, technology solutions, or government project sales is an advantage.
-   Proven field sales experience with regular face-to-face client engagements.
-   Track record of achieving sales targets and successfully closing business opportunities.
-   Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple leads / tasks with attention to detail
-   Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
-   Comfortable doing field work / traveling; ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders
-   Analytical mindset; able to gather and synthesize information (from customers, competitors) to actionable insights
-   Proactive, self-motivated; able to take initiative and follow through without always waiting for direction
-   Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
-   Ability to work independently while managing multiple client engagements and priorities.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-   Demonstrates resilience, initiative, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets while continuously learning and improving.
