As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking **Junior** **Business Analyst** to join their IT team in the Philippines. **Duties and Responsibilities:**

·       Work with senior BAs, developers, and business stakeholders to help deliver and support technology solutions.

·       Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation (process flows, user stories, functional specs)

·       Support the gathering, documentation, and validation of business and system requirements

·       Participate in system testing, including UAT, and help ensure solutions meet business expectations

·       Provide front-line support by tracking issues, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely resolution.

·       Help manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

·       Help create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

·       Support and contribute to business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.

·       Participate actively in establishing process, user experience, and data-based perspectives while documenting requirements.

## Requirements

**Must-have Skills/Qualification:**

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

• 1-3 years of work experience in Information Technology, business process management, or BA-focused roles.

• Basic understanding of business analysis principles, including requirements gathering and documentation.

• Familiarity with process mapping techniques (e.g., flowcharts, BPMN) and business process improvement concepts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant business tools.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a team-oriented environment

• Flexibility to accommodate occasional schedule changes or project demands.

  
**Modern skill expectation (important**):

• Exposure to or basic familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar), to support research, documentation, and productivity

**Advantageous Skills/Experience:**

·       Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform

·       Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics Saleshub or related CRM platforms

·       Industry experience in financial services, land management, or similar fields that utilize automation and technology.

·       Any Microsoft certifications are a plus.
