 **Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:**

We are looking for an independent and proactive Digital Ads Coordinator to manage a portfolio of hospitality clients across paid social advertising platforms. This role goes beyond campaign execution—you will be the owner of your assigned client accounts, responsible for developing advertising strategies, managing client relationships, creating ad creatives, analysing campaign performance, and continuously optimising results.

Once a client has been onboarded by the Sales team, you will become their primary point of contact for all paid advertising activities. You will work closely with Australian hospitality businesses, including restaurants and cafés, ensuring every campaign reflects each client's unique brand voice while delivering measurable business outcomes.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with data, can confidently communicate with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

 Must-have Skills / Qualification:

**Experience**

-   Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
-   Experience managing the full paid advertising lifecycle from strategy through optimisation
-   Experience managing multiple client accounts or high-volume workloads.
-   Experience presenting campaign results to clients.

-   Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
-   Experience with Canva.
-   Knowledge of campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
-   Experience using data to optimise advertising performance.
-   Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive.
-   Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal English, strong critical thinking and problem-solving, confidence speaking with clients.

**Responsibilities:**

**Client & Account Management**

-   Manage a portfolio of up to the equivalent of 15 clients.
-   Take full ownership of assigned accounts from client onboarding through ongoing campaign management.
-   Conduct client onboarding to understand business goals, target audience, brand positioning, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.
-   Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
-   Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
-   Conduct monthly client meetings to present campaign performance and recommendations.
-   Proactively identify campaign opportunities, issues and recommend solutions

**Campaign Strategy & Execution**

-   Develop paid advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
-   Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
-   Manage campaign budgets efficiently while meeting performance goals.
-   Implement audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
-   Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.

**Campaign Optimisation & Reporting**
