## Description

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and grow the company’s commercial presence in the Philippines. You will be responsible for developing the local market for frozen protein products, managing key accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth in one of the company’s priority markets in Southeast Asia.

They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is energetic, proactive, and commercially driven, with strong skills in sales strategy, business development, and customer relationship management. **Duties and Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute the commercial strategy of the company in the Philippines market
-   Identify, prospect, and secure new distributor, importer, and food-service/retail partnerships
-   Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high service levels and long-term partnership value
-   Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and consumer demand to inform commercial strategy
-   Coordinate closely with the company's logistics, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth import operations (SAG/eCert documentation, BAI clearance, cold-chain compliance)
-   Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company policy and margin targets
-   Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings in the Philippines
-   Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates for regional management
-   Support market-access and regulatory initiatives (e.g., plant approvals, new product category clearances) in coordination with corporate affairs and regulatory teams
-   Achieve or exceed assigned volume and revenue targets for the territory

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Agribusiness, or related field
-   5+ years of experience in sales/commercial roles within the food, protein, or FMCG import/export sector; experience with frozen/chilled meat products
-   Established network of contacts among Philippines importers, distributors, food- service operators, and/or retail buyers
-   Working knowledge of Philippines food import regulations (BAI, NMIS) and cold- chain logistics
-   Strong negotiation, relationship-management, and communication skills
-   Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in both English and Tagalog, with good comprehension and the ability to articulate ideas effectively in verbal and written communication
-   Comfortable working with an international team across time zones (Chile, Asia- Pacific)
-   Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
-   Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while representing a global brand

**Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:**

-   Master’s degree in a relevant field
-   Ability to speak additional language aside from English and Tagalog
