**Duties and Responsibilities:**

-   **Financial Reporting**
-   Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and financial reports.
-   Analyse financial performance and provide analysis.
-   Prepare year-end financial statements and support external audits.
-   Manage teams including AP, AR, and Admin team.

**Financial Control**

-   Maintain strong internal financial controls and processes.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and group reporting standards.
-   Monitor working capital, including inventory, receivables, and payables.
-   Oversee cash flow management and banking relationships.

**Accounting Operations**

-   Manage all day-to-day accounting activities including: Accounts payable & Accounts receivable, General ledger, Fixed assets, Inventory accounting.
-   Ensure proper documentation and financial record keeping.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**

-   Coordinate the annual budgeting process.
-   Prepare financial forecasts and business performance analysis.
-   Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

**Compliance & Tax**

-   Ensure compliance with Philippine statutory and tax requirements.
-   Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
-   Manage corporate tax, and statutory filings.

**Business Partnering**

-   Support the Managing Director and department heads with financial analysis.
-   Provide commercial insights to improve profitability and cost management.
-   Support pricing, margin analysis, and financial planning.

**Systems & Process Improvement**

-   Maintain financial systems and ensure data integrity.
-   Improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.
-   Support system upgrades or implementation projects as required.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

-   Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
-   Compliance with statutory and group requirements
-   Cash flow and working capital management
-   Budget accuracy and financial forecasting quality

## Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

**CPA qualification is non-negotiable.**

-   Must have 5–10 years of Finance and Accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role handling team.
-   Strong background in General Accounting, Payroll, Corporate Income Tax, Financial Management, and full-set accounting is required.
-   Candidates from distribution, equipment, manufacturing, or B2B trading industries are preferred, though candidates from other industries with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
-   Experience in SME or multinational subsidiary environments is an advantage.
-   Familiarity with ERP systems is required, while SAP Business One (SAP B1) experience is a strong advantage.

**Advantageous Qualifications & Skills**

-   Additional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, ICAEW, or equivalent are advantageous.
-   Strong knowledge in financial reporting, financial analysis, and business partnering is preferred.
-   Advanced Excel skills and ERP/accounting system experience are highly valued.
