**Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:**

This strategic leadership role sits under the Office of the President and reports directly to the President, responsible for driving horizontal growth, commercial strategy, and business intelligence across all channels. It focuses on identifying and executing growth opportunities to expand market penetration and increase market presence.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the commercial strategy to deliver revenue, volume, profit and market share targets. Develop and execute horizontal growth strategies to expand company presence across underserved and high-potential markets across all channels.
-   Integrate RTM, RGM (revenue growth mgt), and Commercial Execution into a unified commercial roadmap aligned with company priorities.
-   Drive commercial performance reviews and ensure execution delivers measurable business impact.
-   Optimize RTM models across General Trade, Modern Trade, Food Service and On-Premise.
-   Strengthen distribution coverage, customer segmentation, service-level performance, and channel development. Enhance product visibility and availability across key retail and out-of-home touchpoints including supermarkets, convenience stores, airports, and similar high-traffic outlets.
-   Lead RGM levers: pricing, promotions, pack-price architecture, mix optimization, and trade investment.
-   Ensure strong pricing governance and disciplined D&A management.
-   Improve channel and customer profitability through analytics-led decision-making. Provide data-driven insights on consumer behavior, customer performance, and channel dynamics to support commercial decision-making.
-   Strengthen execution KPIs, dashboards, and performance routines across all channels.
-   Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end commercial alignment. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and execution of key growth initiatives and business priorities.
-   Lead and develop high-performing teams across RTM, RGM, Commercial Insights, Demand Planning and Commercial Execution.
-   Champion capability building, process simplification, and continuous improvement across commercial functions.

**KPIs**

-   Revenue & Volume Targets – Deliver growth aligned with company P&L objectives.
-   Net Revenue Realization (NRR) – Manage discounts & allowances (D&A) to optimize profitability.
-   Forecast Accuracy – Improve demand planning accuracy and reduce variances.
-   Waste & SOTEX Reduction – Drive operational efficiencies and minimize losses.
-   Competitive Responsiveness – Ensure timely reaction to competitors’ price pack architecture (PPA) changes.
-   360° Leadership Feedback – Performance evaluation based on feedback from team members, peers, and direct supervisor.
-   Leadership & Team Management – Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and effective team management capabilities.

## Requirements

-   Extensive experience in FMCG/beverage industry. Major beverage companies strongly preferred.
-   Background in distribution management, commercial strategy, or trade marketing.
-   Proven track record in horizontal/channel growth strategies.
-   Deep understanding of Philippine distribution channels and retail landscape.
-   Experience with both modern trade and traditional trade channels.
-   Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
