## Description

We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on **Head of Funding & Strategy** to drive our capital strategy and support the company’s rapid growth. This role will play a critical part in securing funding, shaping our long-term vision, and working closely with the founders to scale the business sustainably.

Responsabilities:

\- Build and manage relationships with **VCs, angel investors, and strategic partners**.

\- Partner directly with founders to define and refine the **company’s strategic roadmap and growth priorities**.

\- Develop and maintain **financial models, forecasts, and runway scenarios** to support decision-making.

\- Identify and evaluate **new growth opportunities**, partnerships, and potential market expansions.

\- Support key business decisions with **data-driven insights and strategic analysis**.

\- Prepare materials for **board meetings and investor updates**.

\- Monitor startup ecosystem trends, competitor activity, and funding landscape.

\- Help establish and scale internal processes related to **financial planning and strategy**.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).

-   6–10+ years of experience in **investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or startup strategy roles**.
-   Advanced English Level
