For Season **2027**, we are looking for a passionate **Chef de Partie** to join the Nido team in Corfu. 

**The Role** 

As Chef de Partie, you will prepare dishes for Nido’s à la carte restaurant, help maintain kitchen standards and support the Sous Chef with daily operations. 

**A Day in the Job** 

Consistent preparation and attention to detail are essential to every dish. 

Here's what a typical day at Nido could look like: 

-   You prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards. 

-   You assist the Sous Chef with menu planning and costing for the à la carte restaurant. 

-   You monitor food quantities, quality and presentation. 

-   You ensure that kitchen operations follow food safety and HACCP requirements. 

-   You train and develop kitchen colleagues. 

-   You help manage orders and stock inventory.

## Requirements

**Is This You?** 

**Essential qualifications:** 

-   Experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant. 

-   Experience with Mediterranean and Greek cuisine. 

-   Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations. 

-   Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills and attention to detail. 

-   Excellent communication skills in Greek and English. 

-   The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
