Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate **Assistant Waiter** to join the **Elix hotel** team for **2026** in Perdika, Thesprotia.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

-   Confidently serves customers as per the brand standards. Looks for ways to go above and beyond the customers’ expectations.
-   Has a basic food hygiene and always works in a safe and hygienic manner
-   Is responsible for the preparatory work and restoration of the restaurant
-   Sets and clears tables as per brand standards
-   Has knowledge of all products and is able to confidently describe to a customer.
-   Can confidently serve food and beverage orders as per brand standards.
-   Completes all side duties and cleaning schedules are completed as per daily checklists

**Qualifications**

-   Professional experience in an equivalent hotel, restaurant or café
-   Good command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
