For Season **2027**, we are looking for a passionate **Front Office Team Leader** to join the Elix team in Perdika, Thesprotia.

**The Role**

As Front Office Team Leader, you will coordinate the reception, guest relations, porter and doorman teams at Elix, supporting daily operations and guest service.

**A Day in the Job**

You support colleagues across shifts and help the team respond to guests’ needs.

Here's what a typical day at Elix could look like:

•        You supervise reception, guest relations, porters and doormen, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed.

•        You support all shifts and schedule the team’s working hours.

•        You handle guest complaints, meet guest requests and respond to guest emails.

•        You train the front office team.

•        You monitor stock and office supplies.

•        You ensure that company policies and security requirements are met.

## Requirements

**Is This You?**

**Essential qualifications:**

•        At least two years of experience in a luxury five-star hotel.

•        A degree in Hospitality Management.

•        Fluent spoken and written English.

•        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Fidelio.

•        Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

•        Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
