For Season **2027**, we are looking for a passionate **Hostess** to join the MarBella team in Corfu.

**The Role**

As Hostess, you will welcome guests to MarBella’s F&B outlets, guide them to their tables and support the service team in creating an enjoyable dining experience.

**A Day in the Job**

A warm welcome and attentive communication help guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Here's what a typical day at MarBella could look like:

•        You greet and welcome guests to the hotel’s F&B outlets.

•        You escort guests to their assigned tables.

•        You support the service team by handing out menus and serving water.

•        You anticipate guests’ needs and aim to deliver a high level of guest satisfaction.

•        You check in with guests about their dining experience and communicate any complaints or issues to your direct supervisor.

•        You keep restaurant reservation records up to date in collaboration with the Dining Reservations team.

## Requirements

**Is This You?**

**Essential qualifications:**

•        Professional experience in a customer service position.

•        Excellent command of English.

•        Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

•        A responsible attitude.

•        Excellent grooming and personal presentation standards.

**Additional qualifications – a plus:**

•        Knowledge of additional languages.
