For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate F&B Trainee to join our team in Corfu.

**The Role**

**As an F&B Trainee, you will support the daily operations of our restaurants and bars while gaining practical experience in five-star food and beverage service. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will learn MarBella Collection’s service standards and develop your hospitality skills.**

**A Day in the Job**

Great F&B service is built on teamwork, attention to detail and genuine care for every guest.

Here's what a typical day in Corfu could look like:

•        You assist with the daily operations of restaurants, bars and banqueting outlets.

•        You welcome and seat guests, present menus and provide product information when needed.

•        You support waiters and bartenders in serving food and beverages in line with hotel standards.

•        You ensure tables, stations and service areas are clean, organised and fully stocked.

•        You assist with the set-up and breakdown of events, meetings and banquets.

•        You respond to guest requests politely and efficiently, escalating issues when required.

•        You maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and personal grooming throughout the day.

•        You learn and apply hotel policies, procedures and service standards in your daily work.

•        You shadow experienced team members to build practical knowledge of F&B operations and service.

## Requirements

**Is This You?**

**Essential qualifications:**

•        Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.

•        A genuine interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service.

•        A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

•        Good communication skills in English.

•        Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

**Additional qualifications – a plus:**

•        Knowledge of an additional foreign language.

•        Previous exposure to a hospitality, restaurant or customer-service environment.
