For Season **2027**, we are looking for a passionate **Digital Concierge Agent** to join the MarBella Collection team in Corfu.

**The Role**

As Digital Concierge Agent, you will work in the resort’s Back of House Support Center, managing guest communications and coordinating requests and service flows across departments.

**A Day in the Job**

Here’s what a typical day could look like:

-   Serve as each guest’s personal concierge and main point of contact before, during and after their stay.
-   Arrange restaurant and activity bookings tailored to each guest’s wishes.

-   Coordinate special requests such as celebrations, allergies and dietary needs, and other tailor-made arrangements.
-   Handle guest communications by email, phone, the MarBella app and WhatsApp, keeping our service standards consistent on every channel.
-   Work with F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to handle requests and resolve concerns quickly.
-   Keep guest profiles up to date with preferences, special occasions, requests and feedback.
-   Work with your manager and team to keep service running efficiently and guest satisfaction high.
-   Anticipate guest needs and act before they have to ask.

## Requirements

**Is This You?**

Essential qualifications:

-   Previous experience in hospitality operations or guest service coordination.
-   Fluency in Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Ability to work closely with other departments and support shared team goals.
-   Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and stay calm under pressure.
-   Confidence with technology and the ability to learn new digital tools and systems quickly.
-   A strong guest focus, discipline and reliable follow-through on every request.
-   A positive, proactive attitude, with a sense of ownership and a drive to keep improving.

Additional qualifications – a plus:

-   A degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Communications or a related field.
-   Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge or a Contact Center.
-   Experience with hotel systems such as a PMS (Opera), CRM, guest messaging or request tracking tools.

-   Knowledge of additional languages, especially German, or French.
