For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate **Food & Beverage Manager** to join the Elix team in Perdika, Thesprotia.

**The Role**

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all F&B outlets at Elix, support the development of the team and oversee service quality and financial performance, working closely with the Hotel Manager and F&B Director.

**A Day in the Job**

You bring together people, service standards and operational planning to help every outlet run smoothly.

Here's what a typical day at Elix could look like:

• You oversee the full operation of all F&B outlets.

• You work closely with the Hotel Manager and F&B Director to continuously improve the hotel’s services and operations.

• You ensure that standard operating procedures are implemented across F&B departments.

• You ensure that operational staff, managers and supervisors are trained in Mar-Bella Collection standards and the hotel’s code of conduct, and can deliver each function of their department to a high standard.

• You monitor food and beverage quality, forecast F&B needs and work with the team to ensure proper food presentation and handling.

• You ensure that F&B colleagues maintain professional standards of appearance, hygiene and conduct towards one another.

• You arrange and follow up on equipment maintenance, repairs and other required services.

• You organise monthly inventory records in line with internal inventory procedures.

• You ensure that HACCP and ISO procedures are followed within F&B operations.

• You contribute to the annual budget and take corrective action when required.

• You maintain records and prepare weekly and monthly reports on operating costs, budgets and forecasts, keeping budget and employee records up to date.

• You handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.

• You participate in staff recruitment.

## Requirements

**Is This You?**

**Essential qualifications:**

• A degree in Hospitality or Tourism.

• At least three years of resort experience as a Food & Beverage Manager at a five-star hotel.

• Excellent command of English.

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and ISO procedures.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Professional communication and an instinctive commitment to teamwork.

• A hands-on approach and a positive attitude.

• The ability to work independently, take ownership of your actions and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

**Additional qualifications – a plus:**

• An MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
