The iconic **MarBella**, perfect for families and multi-generational groups, the adults-only **Nido**, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World, and **Avali**, the latest addition to the Mar-Bella Collection portfolio are located on the island of Corfu. **Elix** is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota.

**Mar-Bella Collection** is looking for a passionate **Restaurant Team Leader** to join the **Elix** hotel team for 2026 in Perdika, Thesprotia.

-   Support / assist the Restaurant Manager and replace him in case of his/her absence
-   Train, coach, motivate and empower the Food and Beverage associates to deliver exceptional and memorable services
-   Be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Outlet
-   Resolve / handle guests’ complaints / issues
-   Develop strong teamwork within the team
-   Prepare and participate in various Food & Beverage meetings

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Tourism management
-   Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
-   Proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests
-   Ability to speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English
-   Hosting, organizational and problem solving skills
-   Ability to lead by example
