**Elix** is seeking for an _**Assistant F&B Manager**_ to support the F&B Manager in all aspects of the Food and Beverage.

**Being part of our Food and Beverage team you will:**

-   Assist with the training, and development of the food and beverage team
-   Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the food and beverage department
-   Assist with managing the food and beverage department personnel’s schedule
-   Ensure all food and beverage services comply with company and legal requirements
-   Assist with preparing food and drink menus, and ensuring their timely update, review and availability
-   Ensure efficient stock control, ordering, and stocktaking for all food and beverage outlets
-   Provide a consistently high level of service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

## Requirements

-   At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
-   A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
-   Strong leadership and team management skills
-   Excellent organizational and planning skills
-   Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
