**For Season 2027**, we are looking for a passionate **Front Desk Receptionist** to join the MarBella team in **Corfu**.

**The Role**

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and provide accurate, attentive service throughout their stay.

**A Day in the Job**

Accurate information and a warm welcome make every stay smoother.

Here's what a typical day at MarBella could look like:

-   You check arrivals, room assignments and room readiness with Housekeeping, then welcome and register guests for check-in or check-out.
-   You answer calls and messages and explain room options, rates, amenities and services.
-   You respond to requests and complaints, escalating complex matters when necessary.
-   You recommend additional services when they suit a guest’s needs.
-   You keep booking, payment, mail and delivery records up to date.
-   You maintain a presentable, stocked reception desk and follow access and security procedures.

## Requirements

**Is This You?**

**Essential qualifications:**

-   Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or in a similar role.
-   Experience with a hotel PMS such as Fidelio or Opera and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
-   Excellent spoken and written Greek and English.
-   An outgoing manner, excellent communication and customer service, and the ability to prioritise and solve problems under pressure.

**Additional qualifications – a plus:**

-   Knowledge of German, French or Russian.
-   A degree in Hotel Management.
