For **Season 2027**, we are looking for a friendly and professional **Bell Attendant** to join our Front Office team in Corfu.

### The Role

As a Bell Attendant, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, helping create a warm and effortless arrival and departure experience.

With genuine hospitality, attention to detail and a positive attitude, you will assist guests with their luggage, provide information and support throughout their stay, and work closely with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

### A Day in the Job

Every arrival is an opportunity to create a great first impression.

Here’s what a typical day could look like:

-   You warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist them during departure.
-   You handle, transport and store guest luggage safely and carefully.
-   You escort guests to their rooms when required and provide useful information about hotel facilities and services.
-   You support guests with directions, transportation arrangements and general enquiries.
-   You coordinate closely with Reception and Guest Relations to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
-   You assist with the delivery of luggage, messages or guest items throughout the hotel.
-   You maintain an organised and welcoming entrance and lobby area.
-   You promptly communicate guest requests or concerns to the appropriate department and follow up when necessary.
-   You handle guests’ personal belongings with care, discretion and professionalism.
-   You support the Front Office team during busy arrival and departure periods.
-   Above all, you create a warm and positive impression through genuine hospitality and attentive service.

## Requirements

### Is This You?

**Essential qualifications:**

-   Guest-focused mindset and genuine interest in hospitality.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Professional appearance and courteous behaviour.
-   Positive attitude and willingness to assist guests and colleagues.
-   Good command of spoken English.
-   Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-   Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
-   Physical ability to safely handle and transport luggage.
-   Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to operational needs.

**It would be an advantage if you also have:**

-   Previous experience as a Bell Attendant, Porter or in another guest-facing hotel role.
-   Previous experience in a luxury or 5-star hospitality environment.
-   Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
-   Good knowledge of Corfu and the local area.
