For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Guest Relations Trainee to join our team in Karavostasi Thesprotia.

**The Role**

**As a Guest Relations Trainee, you will support the Guest Relations team while gaining practical experience within a five-star luxury hospitality environment.**

**A Day in the Job**

Here’s what a typical day in Guest Relations could look like:

-   You review arrivals and help prepare personalised welcomes for guests.
-   You greet guests, answer questions and share useful information about their stay.
-   You follow up on requests with the relevant teams and keep guests informed.
-   You note feedback and raise concerns with a senior colleague so the team can respond promptly.

## Requirements

**What we are looking for**

-   Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
-   Very good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
-   Warm, professional communication and a genuine interest in guest service.
-   Good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise requests.
-   Team spirit, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-   Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
