For Season **2027**, we are looking for a passionate **Restaurant Manager** to join the MarBella team in Corfu.

**The Role**

As Restaurant Manager, you will supervise daily restaurant operations at MarBella, support the service team and help deliver an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

**A Day in the Job**

You coordinate the team, maintain service standards and help each shift run smoothly.

Here's what a typical day at MarBella could look like:

•        You manage and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring that all established standard operating procedures are followed.

•        You manage restaurant stock and inventory.

•        You ensure smooth shift handovers and clear communication between the kitchen and service teams.

•        You participate in weekly F&B operational meetings.

•        You work to maximise revenue and reduce costs within the established budgets.

•        You continuously train, guide, motivate and supervise F&B colleagues.

•        You maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the restaurant.

•        You support the delivery of conferences and events.

•        You handle complaints professionally, aiming to maximise guest satisfaction.

•        You assist with service whenever needed.

## Requirements

**Is This You?**

**Essential qualifications:**

•        Professional experience in an equivalent role in a five-star hotel or a high-volume restaurant.

•        Experience leading teams.

•        Good knowledge of POS systems.

•        Excellent command of English.

•        Excellent knowledge of food, wines and spirits.

•        Strong communication and leadership skills.

•        A flexible, responsible and proactive approach, with a focus on service and the customer.

**Additional qualifications – a plus:**

•        Knowledge of additional languages.

•        Graduation from a Hospitality and Tourism School.
