We're now looking for a Production Operative to join our Manufacturing team at Pollington.  
  
**So what's the mission?  
**You’ll join a hands-on manufacturing team at the heart of producing our industry leading concrete drainage solutions, from large pipes to manholes. You’ll build your skills using a range of tools, machinery, and lifting equipment, all while working closely with a supportive team around you.

This is a role where you can really make an impact. You’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency making sure we deliver the high standards we’re known for.  
  
**What are the mission-critical skills?**

-   Proven and consistent ability to operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
-   Experience setting up machines, adjusting parameters, and ensuring optimal performance
-   Ability to identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary
-   Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to carry out routine checks and minor maintenance
-   Understanding of production processes, machine cycles, and output optimisation
-   Experience completing start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures
-   Ability to read and follow technical instructions, SOPs, and production specifications
-   Strong focus on quality control, ensuring products meet required standards
-   Accurate recording of production data, downtime, and performance metrics
-   Strong awareness and commitment to SHEQ standards
-   FLT licence desirable
