Do you have a passion for motorcycles, apparel, and delivering an outstanding customer experience? Harley-Davidson Louisville is looking for an enthusiastic **Motorclothes Associate** to join our team!

As a Motorclothes Associate, you'll be on the front lines of the Harley-Davidson experience, helping riders and enthusiasts find the perfect apparel, riding gear, accessories, and merchandise. You'll connect with our riding community, create an inviting shopping experience, and help customers show off their Harley-Davidson pride.

### What You'll Do

-   **Create an exceptional customer experience:** Welcome customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right Harley-Davidson apparel, riding gear, accessories, and merchandise.
-   **Drive retail sales:** Recommend complementary products, suggest add-on purchases, and identify opportunities to increase sales while providing genuine customer service.
-   **Know the products:** Assist customers with product selections, sizing, features, and recommendations, particularly when outfitting riders with appropriate apparel and riding gear.
-   **Handle sales transactions:** Process cash and credit card payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
-   **Manage customer orders:** Process special orders, online and in-store pickup orders, and notify customers when requested or back-ordered merchandise becomes available.
-   **Stay connected with customers:** Answer incoming calls, provide product information and price quotes, and follow up on customer inquiries.
-   **Maintain an organized retail environment:** Keep displays, merchandise, and sales areas clean, organized, and visually appealing in accordance with Harley-Davidson retail standards.
-   **Support inventory operations:** Receive, organize, replenish, and stock merchandise while maintaining accurate inventory records.
-   **Bring the Harley-Davidson experience to life:** Participate in dealership events, promotions, and special activities, both on-site and off-site.
-   Complete required training, follow dealership policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend products and identify additional sales opportunities.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities.
-   Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy when handling transactions and merchandise.
-   Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
-   Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
-   Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
-   Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

**Harley-Davidson or motorcycle enthusiast experience is a plus!** Previous retail, apparel, or sales experience is also preferred.
