### **Overview**

We are conducting a confidential search for a **Vice President of Sales & Marketing** to lead the commercial strategy for a **multi-property hotel portfolio** anchored by full-service Marriott assets.

This executive will oversee a portfolio projected to exceed **$250M in annual revenue**, requiring a leader who can operate at scale while driving both strategic direction and hands-on execution across multiple properties.

This is a **corporate-based leadership role**, with regular travel across the portfolio.
