### **About the Opportunity**

We are partnering with a luxury hospitality group to identify a **General Manager** for a private, high-touch cocktail-driven concept within an upscale hotel environment.

This is not a traditional restaurant role.

This opportunity is built for a leader who understands how to **create an experience, not just manage an operation**—someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, member-style environment where consistency, personalization, and presence matter.

Comp Set: $90,000 Base + 10% Bonus + Full Benefits

### **What You’ll Be Responsible For**

### **Leading the Experience**

-   Create a strong sense of belonging for guests and members
-   Build meaningful relationships that drive repeat visitation
-   Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service
-   Elevate service standards beyond transactional interactions

### **Owning the Operation**

-   Oversee daily operations of a cocktail-forward, high-touch environment
-   Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 team members
-   Maintain discipline around labor, scheduling, and cost controls
-   Ensure service execution aligns with elevated hospitality standards

### **Driving Performance**

-   Manage P&L performance and operational efficiency
-   Balance guest experience with financial results
-   Support programming, events, and seasonal activation's

### **Building the Team**

-   Recruit, train, and develop a strong service-driven culture
-   Coach and mentor team members in real time
-   Set clear expectations and maintain accountability
