We are seeking a **General Manager** to lead a unique, wellness-focused retreat in Wisconsin.

### **What You’ll Be Responsible For**

-   Oversee all day-to-day operations across the property
-   Lead and develop a team focused on **service, care, and consistency**
-   Ensure a seamless and intentional guest experience from arrival to departure
-   Manage financial performance including budgeting, labor, and revenue oversight
-   Partner with ownership on programming, positioning, and long-term vision

## Requirements

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   Experience as a **General Manager or senior leader** in hospitality
-   Background in **boutique hotels, retreats, wellness, or experiential properties preferred**
-   Strong leadership presence with a focus on **team development and culture**
-   Financial acumen with the ability to manage both performance and experience
