## Description

**Format**: Remote

**Duration**: 3-months fixed-term contract

### About the Role

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Creator Commerce) to support a new creator commerce programme in a few local markets across APAC.

You’ll work with creator agencies, networks and creators to build a strong pipeline of affiliate content around selected products and categories.

This is not traditional influencer marketing. Creators will retain significant freedom over how they make the content rather than working from highly prescriptive campaign briefs. Your role is to identify the right creators, activate participation, keep content supply moving and help ensure the programme produces enough quality content for stronger-performing work to emerge.

Once content is live, performance signals will help identify videos with stronger organic commercial potential. You’ll support the review of shortlisted content, using sound marketing judgement to assess quality, relevance and brand suitability before the strongest work progresses through the programme.

Success in this role means building a reliable pipeline of relevant creators and commercially credible affiliate content in your market, while helping improve the programme as it evolves.

### Creator & Agency Partnerships

- Activate or build relationships with creator agencies, MCNs and creator networks in your market.
- Identify creators whose existing content, audience and category expertise align with selected products.
- Explain the programme clearly and help activate creator participation.
- Build a consistent pipeline of suitable creators and maintain momentum across the programme.

### Affiliate Content Supply & Quality

- Strong understanding of the strategic value of affiliate marketing for brands, including driving performance-based ROI, lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and generating scalable social proof.
- Deep grasp of the commercial models driving creator commerce, including how creators earn commission (CPA/CPS), how platforms monetize transactions (fees/take rates), and how brands calculate profit margins.
- Coordinate creator participation and content delivery across agreed products and categories.
- Help ensure creators understand product-tagging and affiliate requirements without over-prescribing the creative.
- Review content against agreed quality and suitability standards.
- Use marketing judgement to identify content that feels credible, commercially relevant and appropriate for further review.
- Balance quality with scale so the programme does not become overly restrictive or operationally heavy.

### Performance & Programme Coordination

- Track creators, products, content and delivery status.
- Work with available performance signals to understand which content shows stronger organic commercial potential.
- Support the identification of high-potential content for further review and potential amplification.
- Maintain accurate records and provide clear updates on creator participation and content supply.
- Bring local market insight and affiliate-commerce knowledge into the evolving programme design.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to build workflows, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple stakeholders (brands, creator networks, and internal teams) to keep high-volume content pipelines organized.

### About You

- You have approximately 1-3 years of experience across affiliate marketing, creator commerce, social commerce, influencer marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing or creator partnerships.
- You understand how affiliate creators and product-tagging ecosystems work.
- Experience with platforms such as TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping or similar creator-commerce environments would be highly relevant.
- You are comfortable working directly with clients/brands, creator agencies, creators and external partners.
- You understand what makes creator content commercially credible rather than simply high-volume.
- You have good marketing judgement and can recognise the difference between low-quality affiliate content and content that genuinely has the potential to influence purchase.
- You are comfortable looking at basic performance indicators and using them to inform decisions.
- You understand your local creator and social commerce landscape.
- You are fluent in the relevant local language and comfortable working in English across a regional team.
- You are organised, proactive and confident enough to build relationships while still being detail-oriented.
- You are comfortable working in a new programme where some processes will continue to evolve.
