## Description

**Location**: SouthEast Asia

**Format**: Remote

**Duration**: 6 months fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension/transition

**About the Project**

We’re looking for an Enterprise Programme Lead to establish a new enterprise implementation and enablement offering with a leading global technology platform across APAC . The platform supports large organisations in managing their workflows, collaboration and business operations at scale. For enterprise customers, getting the most out of the technology requires more than access to the platform. It takes the right implementation approach, onboarding, training and ongoing support to ensure teams can adopt the technology effectively and achieve meaningful business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with MASH leadership and the platform’s regional team to turn an emerging partnership into a commercially viable service offering. From understanding customer demand and identifying implementation opportunities to developing service packages, pricing and delivery processes, you’ll help establish how the partnership operates and grows across the region.

This is a hands-on role that brings together enterprise sales, commercial strategy, partnership development and implementation delivery. You’ll need to understand how technology vendors work with implementation partners, how services revenue is generated around enterprise software and what it takes to build a sustainable business model.

The initial engagement is focused on validating the opportunity, establishing the operating model and delivering early customer projects. As the partnership develops, there is potential for the role to grow into a full-time position.

**About the Role**

**Commercial Strategy & Opportunity Development**

- Work with the technology partner to understand its enterprise sales pipeline and identify opportunities for implementation, onboarding, training and ongoing support.
- Assess potential customer demand and project opportunities across Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.
- Develop a practical qualification process to help the partner identify customers who would benefit from implementation services.
- Establish clear handover processes between the partner’s sales and customer success teams and MASH, including when opportunities require further customer scoping.
- Build a realistic view of expected referrals, project volumes, conversion potential and revenue to inform business planning and investment decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to understand when opportunities are likely to arise, including through new sales, renewals, account expansion and existing customers requiring additional support.

**Commercial Modelling & Service Development**

- Develop a commercial model for the implementation services offering, including service packages, scopes of work, pricing, delivery costs and target margins.
- Research comparable enterprise implementation services and assess what customers are willing to pay for different levels of support.
- Recommend a pricing structure that balances customer value, delivery requirements and commercial viability.
- Build practical tools to support opportunity scoping and sales, including rate cards, proposal templates, pricing calculators and pipeline trackers.
- Develop revenue forecasts and recommend an initial budget and resourcing plan based on the expected pipeline and delivery requirements.
- Identify opportunities to refine the service offering and commercial model as customer demand and market insights become clearer.

**Implementation & Operational Delivery**

- Establish an end-to-end implementation approach covering customer onboarding, platform setup, training, quality assurance and handover.
- Develop practical workflows, templates and delivery guidelines to ensure a consistent and scalable customer experience.
- Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans, scopes of work and delivery milestones.
- Determine the specialist capabilities needed to support implementation, including design, training, platform certification and language requirements.
- Work with MASH’s recruitment team to identify and build a flexible pool of specialists, scaling resources as project demand develops.
- Establish a delivery model that prioritises virtual implementation while accommodating onsite support where required.
- Ensure the operating model supports efficient delivery, clear accountability and agreed quality standards.

**Client & Stakeholder Management**

- Build strong working relationships with MASH leadership and the technology partner’s regional sales and customer success teams.
- Lead customer scoping conversations to understand business needs, implementation requirements and appropriate service solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align commercial expectations, customer requirements and delivery capabilities.
- Coordinate specialists and oversee early implementation projects, ensuring delivery meets agreed timelines, scope and quality standards.
- Communicate progress, flag risks and resolve challenges collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback and review delivery outcomes to identify opportunities to improve the service offering and customer experience.

**Programme Performance & Growth**

- Define and track key measures of success, including qualified referrals, projects won, revenue, delivery margins and customer feedback.
- Monitor actual project performance against commercial assumptions, delivery costs and customer expectations.
- Assess the longer-term opportunity for the programme and provide a clear recommendation on the next phase of growth at the end of the initial six-month engagement.

**
About You**

- You have experience in enterprise, commercial strategy, or strategic partnerships.
- You have strong commercial acumen and understand how to assess demand, develop pricing models, manage delivery costs and build profitable service offerings.
- You have experience building, developing or scaling programmes, services or business operations.
- You are practical and hands-on, comfortable moving between partner pipeline reviews, commercial modelling, client scoping and resourcing decisions.
- You are confident navigating ambiguity, turning opportunities into actionable plans and making progress without needing every detail figured out upfront.
- You enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders and entrepreneurial leadership teams, taking ownership and building something from the ground up. Experience with global technology companies or enterprise implementation partners across APAC would be advantageous.
