### **Technical Lead – Data & AI Innovation**

### **Role Overview**

As a Technical Lead at **Master Works**, you will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge data and AI innovation projects. This role requires a strategic technical mind to guide engineering teams and ensure that every solution aligns with the company’s mission of delivering high-impact business value and maintaining its market leadership in the technology sector.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **Architectural Leadership:** Architect and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade data, analytics, and AI/ML solutions.
-   **Technical Execution:** Lead technical execution across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outputs.
-   **Innovation & Experiments:** Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilot programs, and innovation experiments utilizing emerging data and AI technologies.
-   **Strategic Roadmap:** Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps and robust solution designs.
-   **Governance & Compliance:** Ensure all delivered solutions adhere to the highest standards of quality, security, and data/AI governance.
-   **Stakeholder Management:** Effectively communicate project milestones, technical risks, and strategic insights to all key stakeholders.
-   **Vendor Collaboration:** Partner with multiple vendors and internal departments to ensure the realization of intended organizational value.

### **Qualifications & Requirements**

-   **Years of Experience:** A minimum of **10+ years** of professional experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles.
-   **Domain Expertise:** Extensive experience in delivering end-to-end solutions within data engineering, data visualization, and AI/ML domains.
-   **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success in transitioning data and AI solutions from experimental phases (POC) to production-grade environments.
-   **Leadership & Communication:** Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
-   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

### **Technical Stack & Tools**

The ideal candidate must possess hands-on expertise in the following (but not limited to):

-   **ETL & Integration:** **Informatica IDMC** for enterprise data integration and management.
-   **BI & Analytics:** **SQL Server** and **Power BI** for advanced business intelligence and reporting.
-   **AI & Advanced Analytics:** **Dataiku** for building, deploying, and scaling AI and analytical applications.
