## Description

Hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Coach to scale agile practices within the team, ensuring adherence to agile principles, and implementing agile frameworks. This role acts as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
-   Coach the Team: Guide team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
-   Remove obstacles: Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth workflow.
-   Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage feedback and implement process improvements.
-   Ensure Transparency: Maintain and update Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).
-   Collaborate with Product Owner: Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization.
-   Monitor Progress: Track team performance and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals.
-   Foster a Positive Team Environment: Promote collaboration, accountability, and self-organization.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-   Certifications:  PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
-   2+ years as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment.
-   Strong Hands-on experience of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).

**Preferred Skills:**

-   Strong facilitation and communication skills.
-   Ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
-   Strong Knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles.
