## Description

Master Works is seeking for an AI Consultant to support the development and execution of AI strategies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and National AI initiatives. The role focuses on driving AI transformation initiatives, assessing organizational AI readiness, and enabling government entities and institutions to adopt scalable and impactful AI solutions.

The AI Strategy Consultant will work closely with government stakeholders, business leaders, technical teams, and AI specialists to define AI roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and support the successful adoption of AI-driven initiatives across sectors.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop AI strategies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and National AI objectives.
-   Assess government entities’ and sectors’ readiness and requirements for AI implementation.
-   Design AI roadmaps and transformation plans for ministries, organizations, and large-scale initiatives.
-   Evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to national and organizational priorities.
-   Support AI adoption initiatives by aligning business needs with AI capabilities and opportunities.
-   Ensure consideration of data security, compliance, governance, and privacy requirements within AI initiatives.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases, implementation priorities, and strategic outcomes.
-   Mentor and support the development of AI talent and internal capability-building initiatives.
-   Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and training programs for government and organizational stakeholders.
-   Support cross-functional collaboration between strategy, business, and technical teams to ensure successful AI program execution.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, or AI transformation initiatives.
-   Proven experience in government, public sector, or large-scale institutional projects is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of AI technologies, AI strategy development, and digital transformation programs.
-   Knowledge of data governance, privacy frameworks, compliance standards, and data security principles.
-   Experience designing AI roadmaps and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
-   Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
-   Ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
-   Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
-   Portfolio demonstrating successful AI implementations and transformation initiatives.
-   Experience working on national AI programs or Vision 2030 initiatives.
-   Familiarity with enterprise AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
-   Experience mentoring AI teams and supporting organizational capability development.
