## Description

1sTech, a subsidiary of Master Works[](https://master-works.sa/?utm_source=chatgpt.com) is seeking a skilled **GIS Developer** to design, develop, and maintain high-performance geospatial applications.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between software engineering and geographic information systems by building custom tools, web services, and enterprise GIS solutions leveraging the ESRI ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strong C#/.NET developer with deep understanding of spatial data, geoprocessing workflows, and ArcGIS technologies.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-   Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in **C# / .NET Core / .NET Framework** development.
-   Hands-on experience with **ArcGIS SDKs** (JavaScript SDK, .NET SDK, etc.).

-   Strong proficiency in:

1.  JavaScript / TypeScript
2.  HTML5
3.  CSS3

-   Solid knowledge of:

1.  ArcSDE
2.  Geodatabase Versioning
3.  Spatial SQL and SQL Server

-   Familiarity with:

1.  ArcGIS Enterprise
2.  ArcGIS Server
3.  Portal for ArcGIS
4.  ArcGIS Data Store.

-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Experience with cloud platforms and GIS deployment architectures.
-   Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
-   Experience integrating GIS platforms with enterprise systems.
-   ESRI technical certifications are considered a plus.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Design and develop custom geospatial web applications using **ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript/TypeScript** and **.NET technologies**.
-   Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using **ASP.NET Core** to integrate GIS solutions with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and Asset Management systems.
-   Architect, manage, and optimize enterprise Geodatabases (SDE) using **SQL Server**.
-   Develop and optimize complex spatial SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
-   Automate ETL processes and geoprocessing workflows using **Python (ArcPy)** and C# scripting.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks within **ArcGIS Enterprise** environments.
-   Prepare technical documentation for developed applications, integrations, and workflows.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable GIS solutions aligned with business requirements.
