## Description

Master Works is seeking a **Data & Reporting Analyst** to collect, analyze, and visualize data to support business decision-making. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and web-based analytics solutions, working with business stakeholders to understand requirements, ensuring data quality, and providing actionable insights and performance monitoring.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Collect, analyze, and visualize data to support business decision-making.
-   Develop and maintain **Power BI** dashboards and reports.
-   Develop and maintain web-based analytics solutions.
-   Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
-   Ensure data quality.
-   Provide actionable insights and performance monitoring.
-   Apply **Power BI** capabilities including Data Modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
-   Perform SQL and database querying.
-   Apply data analysis and visualization techniques.
-   Develop and maintain data models.
-   Work with web reporting technologies, including **Fabric Apps**.
-   Use **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** for web-based reporting.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
-   3 years of relevant work experience.
-   Experience and knowledge of **Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query)**.
-   Strong knowledge of **SQL and database querying**.
-   Knowledge of **data analysis and visualization**.
-   Knowledge of **data modeling**.
-   Experience with **web reporting technologies (Fabric Apps)**.
-   Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web-based reporting**.
-   English language skills.
-   Strong ability to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, visualization, and performance monitoring.
