## Description

Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Business & Technical Solutions, Specialist to act as a bridge between business and technology teams by supporting business analysis, solution design, integration, testing, and implementation activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Gather and document business and technical requirements.
-   Support solution design and system integration activities.
-   Conduct business process analysis and improvement assessments.
-   Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.
-   Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
-   Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
-   Maintain solution and integration documentation.
-   Support change management and user adoption activities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 7 years of experience.
